- Corresponding with the customer in case of any technical, contractual or financial inquiries and following up on them.
- Preparing the final offer and discussing it with the Operations Manager and obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Delivering the bid to the customer on time.
- Following up on the offer and responding to customer inquiries in coordination with the relevant departments (engineering, finance, legal, administrative affairs and services.
- Receiving, reviewing and approving the contract.
- Referring copies to all relevant departments for implementation.
