           Preparing bids for engineering projects and technical services.

      1. Receiving and reviewing TENDER documents for engineering projects.
      2. Referring the scope of work to the Engineering Department to prepare the technical offer.
      3. Referring the general terms of the TENDER to the legal office for review and comment.
      4. Studying the TENDER document and general terms.
      5. Preparing the financial offer.
      6. Corresponding with the customer in case of any technical, contractual or financial inquiries and following up on them.
      7. Preparing the final offer and discussing it with the Operations Manager and obtaining the necessary approvals.
      8. Delivering the bid to the customer on time.
      9. Following up on the offer and responding to customer inquiries in coordination with the relevant departments (engineering, finance, legal, administrative affairs and services.
      10. Receiving, reviewing and approving the contract.
      11. Referring copies to all relevant departments for implementation.

    Providing sector companies with specialized local and international expertise.

    1. Receiving and reviewing tender documents.

  • 3. Corresponding with the customer in case of any technical, contractual or financial inquiries and following up on them.
  • 4. Preparing the offers and discussing them with the operations manager and obtaining the necessary approvals.

  • 6. Following up on the offer and responding to the customer’s inquiries in coordination with the relevant departments (engineering, finance, legal, administrative affairs and services.
  • 7. Receiving the contract, reviewing it and approving it.

  • 9. Following up on the recruitment of the required.
  • 10.Following up on the recruited on a daily basis and working to overcome any problems or difficulties with the relevant authorities in terms of accommodation, tickets, visas and transportation from Tripoli to work sites and vice versa.
