TLEC provides full services for complete turnkey projects, starting from the very early stages of initial planning and progressing through to the final stages of detailed engineering, procurement, construction and engineering construction support. TLEC projects scope includes:

  1. Feasibility Studies
  2. Conceptual Design
  3. Front End Engineering Design (FEED)
  4. Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Engineering Construction Support and Construction Management (EPC & EPCM)
  5. Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up and Hand-over

We manage projects to maintain a level of expertise to satisfy the requirements of our Clients for the production of designs which are safe, environmentally compliant, reliable, operable and maintainable, meeting Client’s specifications within agreed cost and time constraints. To achieve these goals, TLEC Project Management team will:

  1. Establish and confirm the values and goals to deliver our Client’s scope of work contained within our proposal and project strategies
  2. Establish and confirm roles, responsibilities and the structure of the project organization
  3. Assign Client approved Senior Management personnel to fulfill the roles of Project Manager, QHSE Manager and Project Service Manager
  4. Build the project team and assign responsibilities, together with Client and within project team
  5. Develop the Project Execution Plan and other Project Procedures to ensure a smooth and consistent approach to the project by all team members
  6. Establish and confirm processes and systems to measure performance of the project
  7. Measure, assess and report performance
  8. Identify improvements in project execution
  9. Execute the project plan to enable Taknia to fully meet, or exceed, customers’ requirements
  10. Maintain a project risk register and lessons learned register to ensure that the correct decisions are taken and are duly recorded for application on future projects.
