The Technical and Financial Meeting between the National Oil Corporation and Taknia Libya Engineering Company for the Year 2020

In the context of the periodic follow-up of National Oil Corporation of its operating and services companies in the course of its various activities in order to find out the most important difficulties and challenges they are facing; this morning Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at the Headquarters of NOC in Tripoli, the Technical and Financial meeting of TLEC for the year 2020 was held through a video conference system.

During the meeting, the company’s activities in the field of health, safety and environment and the precautionary measures taken to prevent the Corona virus (COVID-19) Pandemic were reviewed at TLEC affiliated sites.

The activities of the various departments of the Company during the current year 2020 were presented also. The progress of its implementation and completion were assessed and the approved budgets and actual expenditures for the year 2020 were also reviewed and discussed. In addition, it was also discussed the difficulties that TLEC face in collecting and getting its owed debts.

On behalf of NOC, the meeting was attended by the General Manager of Health, Safety and Environment, Projects and Maintenance Department Manager, Inspection and Measurement Department Manager and Libyan Oil Institute.

In addition to a number of Specialist from the Technical and Financial Departments.

On behalf of TLEC, the meeting was attended by Mr. Zaki Bayoud, the Managing Director of TLEC and concerned Department Managers.
