Meeting between Taknia Libya Engineering company & AKAKUS Oil Operations Company

A meeting was held today morning, Monday 12/21/2020, between Taknia Libya Engineering company & AKAKUS Oil Operations Company in the (Octovia) hall at the AKAKUS headquarters, in order to follow up and discuss the progress of the projects subject to the contract between the two companies, the most important of which are:
NC-115, NC-186 and IR Abandonment Facilities Cost Estimation project
In view of the lack of actual initiation and implementation of this project, as a result of the spread of the Corona pandemic and the precautionary measures that have been taken, which negatively affected the process of starting work, fruitful discussion to overcome the difficulties and review the valuable point has made and measures that will be taken during the coming period to accelerate the actual start Execute this important project and ensure it is completion on time.
Also discussed the possibility to support AKAKUS to implement maintenance-engineering task to the faulty gas compressor at the NC-186 site and further efforts to meet the company’s need for technical support services after the return of production and opening the oil ports for export.
